Inclusion Week at Delta Center

Hello Delta Center Parents and Guardians,
My name Sarah Cruz and I am the Delta Center Elementary’s Social Work Intern from Michigan State University (MSU). I have been in the school since the start of this school year and will continue to work with students, staff, and families through the Spring.
I am looking for feedback is to help our building understand the school climate at Delta Center Elementary and identify areas where we can improve on. This brief survey is designed to ensure that our school remains a welcoming, diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all students and families.
This link https://forms.gle/zQNQzHMrY19Smw3s5 will take you to the survey.
If you are interested or prefer in taking the survey in other languages, translated surveys will also be available to fill out. Please call our school if you would like the survey in another language. 517-925-5540.
The survey should take about five minutes to complete and is completely anonymous, so please feel free to share your honest thoughts. Your feedback is essential to helping us understand the school climate at Delta Center Elementary and identify areas where we can improve. Please have your entries completed by April 1st at the end of the day
If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the survey, please don't hesitate to contact myself at cruzs@glcomets.net.
Thank you for considering taking a part of this!
