Dear Beagle Middle School Families,
Here are some updates that we wanted to share at this time:
Board of Education Report: Our Beagle staff and students will be presenting to the Board of Education on Monday, February 10th to celebrate the great things going on at Beagle Middle. We look forward to several of our students engaging in this opportunity.
Cool School Polar Plunge: Grand Ledge Public Schools is thrilled to be hosting the Cool School Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics Michigan, and we need your help to make a difference! Special Olympics Michigan provides life-changing opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, funding programs that promote inclusion, empowerment, and athletic achievement. Your donations not only support Special Olympics events but also fund incredible programs like Unified Champion Schools--https://www.somi.org/schools, which GLPS proudly participates in. Unified Champion Schools bring students with and without disabilities together through sports, leadership opportunities, and activities that foster inclusion and understanding. By donating, you’re helping to create a more inclusive and accepting world, right here in our community. Please consider supporting this amazing cause and cheering us on as we take the plunge — together, we can make a real difference! A direct link to sponsor our Beagle Middle School plungers is located here: https://www.classy.org/team/632009! Good Luck to our team!
