Conference Dates
Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for the following dates and times for the 2025-2026 school year.
Fall Conferences:
- November 10, 2025: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (In-Person)
- November 12, 2025: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Virtual)
- November 12, 2025: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (In-Person)
- November 14, 2025: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Virtual)
Spring Conferences:
- March 2, 2026: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (In-Person)
- March 4, 2026: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Virtual)
- March 4, 2026: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (In-Person)
- March 6, 2026: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Virtual)
Signups will be available starting the week of October 20th, 2025. |
Conference Scheduling Information
Hayes Intermediate School Parent Conferences are held virtually and in-person. Below is the schedule for Fall 2025:
IN PERSON: November 10th from 4pm to 7pm.
VIRTUAL: November 12th from 4pm to 5pm.
IN PERSON: November 12th from 5pm to 7pm
VIRTUAL: November 14th from 11:30am to 1:30pm
Sign-up through PTCFast.com is now open. Please go to https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Hayes_Intermediate_School for detailed information and to sign up. Virtual conferences will be utilizing Zoom or Google Meet. Your child's teacher will send out a link prior to conferences.
DEADLINE TO SIGN UP FOR CONFERENCES WILL BE 1 DAY PRIOR TO EACH CONFERENCE DATE.
Once you have completed scheduling all of your conferences, an appointment confirmation email will be sent. For virtual conferences, your student’s homeroom teacher will send you a link via email. Please be on the lookout for that. **Please keep your confirmation email as your notice of when your conferences. The Hayes office will not have a copy of your conference schedule.

In person conferences will be held in teachers class room.
