PTO: We have an outstanding joint PTO with the Hayes Intermediate building! Our PTO has provided several outstanding opportunities for our students, staff, and facilities over the past few years. This work is accomplished through the support of our community and family members. We always encourage our family members to attend our PTO meetings whether it's one time, intermittently, or consistently--all participation is helpful and impactful to our school culture and benefits our children. Here are some important updates from our PTO:

Fundraising Opportunities

We are excited to offer a way to give back to Hayes and Beagle PTO! Soon, we will kick off an event to help raise funds that will benefit all our students and staff. This program will help with funding field trips, learning tools, technology, dances, and classroom supplies. This opportunity is being sponsored by our Hayes and Beagle PTO.

Here are a few things to note about our upcoming program:
· This program will be extremely easy for you. It only requires about 10 minutes of your time.
· Your students can earn great rewards just for their effort. No money is needed!
· This is an online, donation-based fundraiser, and the email and text message donation requests can go to people you know anywhere in the world.

Students will bring home more information after our Launch Party presentation later this week on Thursday, September 12th. Please help your student register and complete the Golden Ticket assignment that very night! All students who complete the Golden Ticket assignment will receive fun PRIZES. We will also have an awesome Week of WOW drawings, including Gift Cards and prizes. Families that enter at least 10 or more contacts will be entered to win the national Disney World Family Vacation giveaway!

If you haven’t already, click on the link above to set up your student’s personal donation page and invite friends and family to support our efforts. This entire process can be completed in 10 minutes or less!

If you wish, you can also donate once you have registered your student.

When you enter 10 or more contacts, your student will earn Golden Ticket prizes if completed by midnight tonight! We also have fun prizes to give away during the Week of WOW!

Families that enter at least 10 or more contacts will be entered to win the national Disney World Family Vacation giveaway!

Attached, is a copy of the Golden Ticket 24-25 PTO .pdf that students received in CNC last Thursday in case your student was absent or lost their copy. Families will need a copy of the Golden Ticket to participate.
